Hotfix October 19

We've applied a fix with the following improvements:

• Fill-in-the-blank activities have more robust scoring and handle special characters even better.
• The Resume-Record option now gives learners better control; the Retry button will replace the first recorded audio segment.
• We've improved the SocioLearner activity so that learners will be less likely to accidentally advance a page in an assessment.
• If a timer expires while the learner is recording, recordings will cancel and the page will still advance (more improvements to come!)
• If administrators find a discrepancy in activity scores, the administrator settings page now has a function to recalculate scores.
